Your satisfaction is my goal but due to many recent cases of apparent "buyer remorse", I am implementing a policy of no returns allowed / and no refunds unless I have misrepresented the item. I will pack to withstand normal handling by the USPS - insure your item if you want more protection because if USPS breaks it, I am not responsible for it!! Please ask questions before bidding.
